❥ Booking & Cancellation Policy

We are an appointment-only basis. Please book according to lashes needed.

– A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

– Deposit must be sent within 24 hours of booking or the appointment will be released.

(For refills, please try to send your deposit 48 hours in advance so we know you're all set to come.) 

– This deposit goes toward your total and also covers any late cancellations or no-shows.

❥ Cancellations & No-Shows

– Canceling, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-call/no-show will result in forfeiting your $30 deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

❥ Service Prep & Arrival

– Please arrive on time—we can only work with the remaining time and cannot go over your scheduled slot.

- Please come without eye makeup to ensure the best lash retention. 

❥Foreign refill-

• This is case by case—we’ll need to take a look to ensure your current set is compatible with our products and technique. Please book a consultation. For the best results, we recommend booking a removal and full set.

❥Refund

• No refund or exchange are given for products or services rendered. However, if you’re not fully happy, please reach out within 48 hours. We’re here to listen and work with you to find a solution. 

❥Mobile Phones

• We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy day. Please avoid answering calls/ messages during appointments. Mobile phones should be switched to silent and stored to minimize distractions.

❥Extra guest

• For safety and hygiene purposes, also to ensure that your eyelash artist can then focus 100% on you and your treatment, no one else is allowed to accompany.

❥Reactions & Sensitivity

• Reactions to lash products used are often very low-risk. However it is a possibility.
• Unless known allergies stated by the customer, otherwise it is not foreseeable.
• No Refund will be issued, a complimentary lash removal will be available should this unfortunate event occur for all set applied by us. (Patch test are available)
